Joseph Ricciardelli

Entrepreneur. Industrial Leader. Coach. Author.

For more than 25 years, I have lived at the intersection of people, industry, and transformation.

I began my career on the factory floor and grew through engineering, project management, and operations into plant leadership, entrepreneurship, consulting, and executive roles. Along the way, I have experienced organizations from very different perspectives — as an employee, manager, CEO, entrepreneur, board member, consultant, professor and coach.

Over the years, I have worked with multinational companies and SMEs across more than 50 countries, spanning North and South America, Europe and Asia, in industries ranging from automotive and aerospace to food & beverage, packaging, composites, construction, furniture and pharmaceuticals.

My work has always centered on one question: How can we build better organizations by helping people become better at what they do?

I have spent much of my professional life helping organizations transform through TPM, World Class Manufacturing, Lean Management and Continuous Improvement. I have supported more than 20 plants in achieving different levels of JIPM and WCM recognition, and my work has taken me from the shop floor to executive teams and boardrooms.

But experience has taught me that tools and methodologies alone are not enough.

Sustainable transformation happens when people are trusted, capable and empowered to take responsibility; when leaders create the conditions for others to grow; and when organizations evolve from controlling people to enabling them.

That belief became The Human Factory.

Today, I bring together decades of experience as an engineer, industrial leader, entrepreneur, consultant, professor, speaker and mentor to explore a different way of thinking about organizations — one in which people and organizations evolve together.

The Human Factory is the result of that journey — and an invitation to rethink the way we lead, work and grow together.
