Rebuilding oneself

Chapter introduction
An organization cannot be rebuilt without also rebuilding the way people stand within change. The ascent begins with the self: with awareness, presence, and the ability to recognize one’s wounds, rigidities, and possibilities.
Rebuilding oneself does not mean becoming perfect. It means becoming inhabitable again. Finding a center, a direction, a gentle discipline. It means learning to remain within uncertainty without escaping, to transform experience into learning, fatigue into form, and crisis into responsibility.
This page opens the space of personal transformation: not as an individualistic exercise, but as the foundation of every collective change. An organization truly evolves only when the people who lead it and live within it accept the challenge of evolving together with it.
